Job Description

We are looking for AVP Sales for a Luxury Real Estate Company (MNC) based out of Gurgaon, Mumbai, Goa.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for managing residential business initiatives in local markets, from start to finish. This includes sourcing or clients as well as closing the deal, managing and assisting with the overall coordination, collaboration, and development of market-leading marketing and business development content and sales support collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, establish, and develop relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth and expand our market presence.
  • Manage P&L and nurture key accounts, understand client needs and challenges, and proactively deliver solutions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective business strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Proactively engage in Business development to identify potential business opportunities and gather business requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to assist in the creation of compelling presentations, utilizing your creativity and knowledge to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients.
  • Take an active role in presenting to clients, showcasing our solutions in a persuasive and engaging manner.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and create new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential areas for business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a proven track record in business development, and a strong commitment to achieving targets.
  • Proven track record in managing residential sales role in real estate industry in B2C model
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to attend meetings, conferences, and client visits.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving business landscape.
