It is a GPT-3.5-powered smart shopping assistant that enhances the customer experience with personalized customer support on the Shopify store. This AI Chatbot helps visitors overcome shopping problems with product discovery, recommendations, and overall purchase assistance. With automated AI training, customers can enjoy quick assistance, lower bounce rates, fewer abandoned carts, and higher conversion rates. https://getmanifest.ai/ We are looking for a Sales Development Representative for Manifest. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You will coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and design to bridge the gap between product and revenue. Responsibilities Lead Generation: Conduct cold calling to prospective clients to identify and qualify leads. Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms to research and connect with potential customers. Utilize email campaigns to initiate contact and nurture relationships with leads. Pipeline Development: Work closely with the sales team to understand target markets, industries, and buyer personas. Identify and qualify opportunities for the sales team through strategic outreach efforts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and activities in the CRM system. Communication: Craft compelling and personalized messages for cold calling scripts, LinkedIn messages, and email campaigns. Articulate the value proposition of the product or service to potential customers. Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects through effective communication. Qualifications Graduation in any stream Proven experience in sales development or a similar role, with a focus on cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in managing customer data. Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
