SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

You will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying prospective clients within the Hospital Management Systems (HMS), E-commerce, FinTech, or HRTech domains. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, engaging with prospects, conducting sales outreach, CRM management, collaborating with the sales team, market research, and achieving sales targets. Your day-to-day tasks will involve researching and identifying potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking. You will engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify leads, and pass qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating CRM records, collaborating with the sales team to align lead generation strategies, staying updated with industry trends, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) and have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in lead generation or sales development. You should have the ability to quickly understand customer needs and present tailored solutions, as well as experience with outbound prospecting and working with a sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
