Role Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a critical role in generating and qualifying leads for the sales team by identifying potential clients and initiating meaningful conversations. Responsibilities include researching and prospecting new business opportunities, executing lead generation strategies, maintaining a sales pipeline, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation with a proven track record of identifying and engaging potential clients.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Experience in Sales and Business Development with a solid understanding of sales processes and customer acquisition strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to dynamic sales goals, and meet or exceed performance targets.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
