About The Role

We are seeking a

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to generate and qualify business opportunities in the Indian market. This role will be key to increasing our brand visibility and supporting sales efforts by identifying and qualifying prospects for the sales team. The main objective is to drive company growth by identifying qualified leads, building trustful relationships, and supporting the sales team in business development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through direct prospecting, lead generation, networking, and partner relationships;
  • Make initial contact with prospects, understand their needs, and schedule demos for the sales team;
  • Maintain and update information in the CRM, track pipeline progress and opportunity stages;
  • Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads;
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of SoftExpert’s products and services;
  • Actively participate in SDR team initiatives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets;
  • Follow company policies and processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B prospecting and qualification, preferably in software or technology solutions;
  • Strong knowledge of the Indian market;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to decision-makers;
  • Proactivity, persistence, and a hunter mindset to identify new opportunities;
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and outbound sales techniques;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Fluency in English.

Nice To Have

  • Knowledge or experience with SoftExpert solutions;
  • Basic knowledge of Portuguese.
