Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers within the financial services industry (e.g., banks, wealth management firms, fintech companies, insurance providers, investment funds). Utilize various tools and platforms (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, online research) to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Proactively seek new business opportunities through targeted outbound strategies. Outbound Engagement & Cold Calling: Execute high-volume outbound activities including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to engage prospects. Craft personalized and compelling messaging that resonates with the specific challenges and needs of financial institutions. Successfully articulate the value proposition of our [products/services] to senior-level financial professionals. Lead Qualification & Discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospects' current pain points, business objectives, and existing solutions within the financial domain. Qualify leads based on established criteria (e.g., BANT - Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to determine their fit for our offerings. Overcome initial objections and demonstrate a clear understanding of financial industry trends and terminology. Meeting Scheduling & Handover: Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives (AEs) and sales managers. Provide comprehensive handover notes to the sales team, ensuring they are well-prepared for follow-up engagements. CRM Management & Reporting: Accurately track all activities, communications, and lead statuses in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce). Maintain detailed and organized records of prospect interactions. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, and qualified leads generated. Financial Industry Knowledge & Communication: Continuously develop and maintain a strong understanding of financial markets, products, regulations, and industry trends (e.g., digital banking, fintech, AI in finance, ESG, cybersecurity in finance). Engage in intelligent conversations with financial professionals, demonstrating credibility and expertise. Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and persuasive pitching.
