Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Lead Generation & Outreach Location: Remote | Full-Time Shift: Day About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive SDR to find and qualify leads for our recruitment agency. Your main job is to build targeted lead lists and execute cold outreach using modern tools and strategies. Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients (recruiters, HR heads, founders). Build high-quality lead lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Instantly, etc. Run cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach results. Book meetings for the sales team. Requirements: Experience or interest in B2B lead generation and cold outreach. Familiar with tools like Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and Google Sheets. Basic understanding of recruitment/staffing industry is a plus. Strong communication and research skills. Self-driven and results-oriented.
