Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 4 to 8 years of proven experience in managing successful Sales Development Representative teams. - Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding lead generation targets. - Strong understanding of SaaS and blue-collar industries. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. - Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and other relevant tools. - Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. - Hands-on experience with prospecting and nurturing cold leads. - Experienced at handling the SDR team within an organization. - End-to-end sales experience. - Proven experience with SaaS Solutions (Preferred).
