Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Executive to join our Global Marketing team and play a key role in driving the organization s lead generation efforts
This role is pivotal in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads that fuel the sales pipeline The ideal candidate has 3 5 years of proven success in pre-sales or lead generation within a B2B demand generation agency, with expertise in prospecting, outreach, and CRM management You will work closely with the SVP of Global Marketing, Head of Global Digital Marketing, and Sales leadership to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and revenue generation goals
Responsibilities
Lead Research: Identify and research potential leads through databases, professional networks, social media, and industry events
Proactive Outreach: Initiate conversations with decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and engagement Lead Qualification: Apply qualification frameworks (BANT, CHAMP, MEDDIC, etc) to assess prospect needs, budget, and decision-making authority before passing leads to the sales team CRM Management: Maintain accurate and timely records of all outreach and lead activities in the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) Follow-Ups & Nurturing: Ensure timely follow-ups, schedule meetings/demos, and manage ongoing engagement with prospects Reporting & Analytics: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead pipeline, outreach effectiveness, qualification status, and conversion ratios for senior marketing leadership Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies, share market insights, and ensure alignment with revenue objectives
Requirements
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently pitch solutions and engage decision-makers
Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish rapport, manage objections, and nurture long-term client relationships Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to evaluate qualification criteria and assess lead quality Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with exceptional time management for managing multiple outreach activities
