Position Overview:

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Set up initial meetings and demos by effectively communicating Ignithos offerings, value proposition, and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies and ensure smooth lead hand-offs.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to tailor outreach effectively.
  • Contribute to improving outreach processes for better lead generation outcomes.

Must have Skills:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development, or B2B lead generation roles.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads (SQLs) and engaging with senior decision-makers (CDOs, CDAOs, CTOs, CIOs, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have Skills:

  • Experience in IT services or technology solutions sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Knowledge of enterprise data and AI solution domains.
