Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced MS Power Platform & DevOps Specialist (Product) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Power BI (PBI) environments, developing operational reporting tools, and implementing robust DevOps practices, particularly in Databricks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the VIP team, to ensure the seamless operation, performance, and scalability of our platforms. Core Skills Required Power BI (PBI) administration and management Databricks DevOps implementation CI/CD pipeline development with Git integration Power Automate and Power Apps expertise Operations reporting and monitoring tools development Platform performance monitoring and optimization Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration Key Responsibilities Administer and manage Power BI (PBI) environments to ensure reliable performance. Collaborate with the PBI Admin team to support platform stability and resolve operational issues. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Databricks, integrating with Git repositories. Create automation flows using Power Automate and build applications with Power Apps. Develop tools and applications to monitor and schedule PBI refreshes and semantic model performance. Design and maintain operations reports such as usage reports, model performance metrics, and system documentation. Monitor platform performance continuously and propose optimization strategies. Streamline and automate platform operations for increased efficiency. Work with cross-functional teams to align on DevOps and platform administration best practices. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in platform administration and DevOps development. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI administration. Proficient in developing operations dashboards and usage reporting tools. Experience with Databricks and automation of data processing workflows. Understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and Git integration. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred). Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Bash (preferred). Experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals industry is a plus.
