Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting (email, calls, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads in

the US region

• Identify, research, and engage key decision-makers (CHROs, Talent Acquisition

Heads, HR Directors) in mid to large enterprises

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to convert MQLs into SQLs

• Book meetings and demos for Sales Team by clearly articulating value propositions

• Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM

• Work closely with sales leadership to develop territory plans and outreach strategies

• Stay up to date on industry trends in HR Tech and recruitment automation

Required Qualifications

• 24 years of proven experience as an SDR or BDR in the HR Tech SaaS industry

• Experience selling to or engaging with mid to enterprise-sized companies in the US

• Strong understanding of recruitment technology, ATS, or talent acquisition solutions

• Excellent communication, email writing, and objection handling skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound automation platforms

• Willingness to work in US hours (EST/PST shift)

Preferred Skills

• Should be able to research, identify, and generate leads using available tools.

• Exposure to the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing) is a strong advantage.

• Highly data-driven with a passion for prospecting and consistently meeting or

exceeding KPIs.
