We are seeking experienced Solar Sales Executives with 1–2 years of proven experience in the Australian solar market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new solar sales opportunities through direct customer engagement and networking.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
• Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and present competitive quotations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated with Australian solar industry trends, regulations, and incentives.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of sales experience in the Australian solar market (mandatory).
• Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
