About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and engage prospects with sharp, confident conversations.
Build immediate rapport, hold attention, and generate interest in our solutions.
Qualify leads effectively and set appointments for the sales team.
Document conversations accurately and maintain CRM discipline.
Work with the sales team to continuously refine outreach strategies.

Requirements

Exceptional English communication skills
– fluent, natural, and confident (must be 10/10).
Strong conversational intelligence
– able to think quickly, guide discussions, and maintain attention.
Minimum 2 years of experience
in inside sales, telecalling, or SDR roles.
Well-spoken, persuasive, and able to instill confidence in clients.
Comfortable working
US hours (night shift IST)
.
Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
