Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Gather and research information about target companies and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to arrange product demos and discovery calls.
• Maintain accurate data and track communication in the CRM system.
• Meet key performance metrics, such as the number of qualified leads, demos scheduled, and outreach efficiency.
• Help nurture early-stage leads through consistent follow-up and relationship-building.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related discipline. Freshers welcome.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in English.
• Self-starter attitude with strong organizational mindset.
• Quick learner, enthusiastic about SaaS and IT solutions.
• Comfortable with outreach via email, phone, and social platforms.
• Proficiency with CRM or willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of the sales cycle (prospecting → lead qualifying → handover).
