Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn/social media outreach, and networking.
  • Follow up quickly and thoughtfully on inbound inquiries and leads from demand generation partners.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects, acting as a trusted first point of contact.
  • Prepare meaningful personalized email
  • Document activity and manage your pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
  • Attend meetings with prospects to understand their needs and align technology to their business goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh insights to your conversations.

What Were Looking For

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in technology sales development targeting the North American small and mid market businesses.
  • Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure / BCDR / GRC / Networking (routing & switching) / Cybersecurity(endpoint, email security, SASE) will be an advantage.
  • Experience helping organizations with limited technical expertise make smart IT decisions.
  • Comfortable building trust, not pressure youre in it for the relationship, not just the close.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or similar).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a hybrid work environment.
