Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Manager to join our team at Pyxidia TechLab in Raipur within the marble manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and distributors, and strategizing to enhance our market presence in the marble industry. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and networking, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, conducting market analysis to identify growth areas, delivering presentations to potential clients, collaborating with internal teams for strategic alignment, negotiating contracts, monitoring sales performance, and representing the company at industry events. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in manufacturing, hospitality, or aviation industries, is required. You should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, a strong understanding of marble products and market trends, excellent communication skills, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
