About the Role We’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our in-mall retail outlet in Bangalore. This is a customer-facing role focused on engaging walk-in visitors, offering guided product demonstrations, and converting interest into product sales. If you have experience in premium product sales, enjoy building client relationships, and thrive in a dynamic retail environment, this could be a great fit for you. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage customers at the store, introducing them to our wellness solutions. Conduct personalized product demonstrations to help customers understand product value. Follow up with sales leads provided by the company to schedule visits and consultations. Support customers through their decision-making journey and assist in completing purchases. Maintain daily reporting of sales, client interactions, and feedback. Ensure the retail space is clean, presentable, and aligned with brand standards. What We’re Looking For 3–4 years of experience in retail, lifestyle products, real estate, automotive, or wellness sales. Track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships. Strong communication in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus). Professional presence and reliability in a premium retail environment. Proactive, self-motivated, and organized approach to work. Performance Metrics Sales conversion rates from walk-in and referred leads. Volume and value of products sold. Customer satisfaction and engagement feedback.
