As a Sales Development Executive at LYFnGO, you will play a crucial role in nurturing leads, building relationships, and driving sales opportunities. You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential leads in Hindi, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. Your collaboration with the marketing team to align strategies and messaging will be essential in achieving lead generation and conversions targets. Your feedback on lead quality and market trends will contribute to our continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in sales development or a similar role, excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be beneficial in meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
