Sales Development Executive

As a Business Development US Calling (IT Services) professional in Tirupur, you will be responsible for the following: - Making outbound calls to US prospects to pitch IT services. - Identifying potential clients and gathering key information. - Setting appointments or transferring hot leads to the sales team. - Maintaining lead data in CRM tools. - Working closely with the sales team to meet targets and campaign goals. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in any discipline. - Excellent English communication skills. - Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone). - Basic knowledge of IT services and MS Office. - A positive attitude, quick learner, and strong interpersonal skills.
