Sales Design Consultant

As a Design Consultant at the company, your primary role will involve interacting with customers to thoroughly understand their design requirements. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to effectively convert potential leads into satisfied customers. Taking charge of the customer's project from inception to completion, you will be responsible for tasks such as preparing 2D-3D designs, presentations, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and quotes, as well as assisting customers with material selection. Additionally, you will provide design consultation, educate customers on NoBroker's processes, and keep both customers and management informed about project status and progress. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to understand their design requirements. - Work with the sales team to convert potential leads into customers. - Manage projects from start to finish, including design preparation, presentations, BOQ, and quotes. - Provide design consultation and educate customers on processes. - Keep customers and management updated on project status. - Collaborate with merchant and fulfillment teams to ensure timely project delivery. - Meet monthly sales targets through a mix of design and sales activities. Qualifications Required: - Experience in independently managing interior design projects. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp for translating customer requirements into 2D and 3D designs. - Knowledge of factory-made modular furniture, engineered wood materials, wood finishes, and hardware used in kitchens and wardrobes. - Understanding of costing for modular furniture and ability to interpret production drawings, BOQs, and cut lists. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.,
