Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Design Consultant to join our Kolkata team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about interiors, enjoys engaging with clients, and can effectively communicate design solutions while driving sales. Freshers eager to learn and experienced professionals looking to grow are both welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients across multiple channels, understand their needs

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups

• Collaborate with the design and execution teams to ensure a smooth project delivery

• Guide clients through the selection of materials, layouts, and interior solutions

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

• Provide timely updates and reports on client interactions and project progress

Qualifications

• Any graduate can apply (freshers welcome)

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or interiors is preferred

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Professional, proactive, and client-focused attitude

• Interest in interiors, design, and creating exceptional client experiences

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
