We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Office Coordinator to join our team. This multifaceted role is crucial in driving business development, managing client relationships, coordinating vendor activities, and overseeing daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the architecture and interior design industry.
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
2. Collaborate with the design team to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
3. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to management.
4. Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients and maintain consistent communication throughout project lifecycles.
5. Gather client feedback post-project completion to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
6. Coordinate meetings, site visits, and other appointments for the design and project teams.
