Job Description

Identify and generate new business leads through networking, client referrals, events, and online platforms. Meet potential clients to understand their needs and pitch appropriate design solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, real estate developers, builders, and corporate clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements are properly communicated and executed. Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM systems. Stay updated with market trends in interiors, real estate, and luxury design. Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing roles. Background or exposure to Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, or Luxury segments is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field.
