Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and other departments.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer accounts, and sales activity using CRM systems.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance data.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Help manage and track inventory levels related to sales orders.
  • Process orders, monitor delivery timelines, and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide input for process improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
