Job Description

Role and Responsibilities – Sales Assistant (Technical Products – Gas Detection)

Develop a strong understanding of gas detection products, including sensors, monitors, and detection systems through provided training.
Support the sales team by preparing accurate quotations, handling customer inquiries, and providing technical explanations when required.
Manage communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Organize sales-related documentation, perform data entry, and manage follow-ups to ensure timely and efficient sales processes.
Collaborate with the internal sales and technical teams to meet sales goals and continuously improve customer engagement strategies.
Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.
Participate in ongoing training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives to enhance technical knowledge and sales capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Electronics, Engineering, or related field preferred
2–5 years of experience in technical sales or related fields

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
