Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location Pune (Baner) Work From Office

To update Customer Purchase orders, weekly, monthly schedule in system.
Experience in quotation preparation.
To give order acknowledgements with expected delivery dates and weekly/monthly delivery plans.
Daily coordination with planning, production and logistics .
To prepare sales forecast reports, sales reports and sales-order status.
Responsible for on-time orders/schedules updates and deliveries.
Responsible for Payment collection, follow-up, debit-credit notes.
To give payment reconciliation, payment matching and payment updates to accounts team
Involvement with quality department and customer for quality complaints.
Excellent English communication skill.
