Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate sales activities, and act as a bridge between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
  • Respond to customer queries, follow up on orders, and ensure timely deliveries
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM
  • Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable
  • Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and accounts team to ensure smooth order processing
  • Assist in preparing regular sales reports and presentations
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets by ensuring efficient internal coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,001.78 per month

Experience:

  • total work: 3 years (Preferred)
