Key Responsibilities

Order Coordination & Processing

  • Coordinate daily with internal departments (Production, Logistics, Design, Accounts, Prepress) to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Plan and schedule dispatches in coordination with logistics and dispatch teams.
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery as per committed timelines.
  • Maintain and update daily trackers for sales, orders, dispatch, and production follow-ups.

Customer Communication & Support

  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, addressing inquiries, clarifications, and order updates.
  • Follow up on pending approvals, artwork, samples, and dispatch documents.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for customer queries regarding order status, delivery, or changes.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups and consistent communication.

Issue Resolution & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and communication logs.
  • Identify and resolve any order or dispatch-related issues proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.
