Process Coordinator (PC) / Project Coordinator
Location: Office/Site (Noida sec- 68/ Noida extension)

Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong coordination skills and a knack for managing daily operations in a fast-paced sales environment? We're looking for a Process Coordinator to join our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Track daily attendance, leads, visits, and team activities
✅ Conduct daily team calls & assign tasks to TSEs
✅ Review and update CRM: leads, follow-ups, feedback
✅ Prepare & maintain DSR, MTD, activity, booking, and projection reports
✅ Conduct weekly TSE training sessions
✅ Update project info, pricing, creatives, and coordinate with IT/portals
✅ Manage booking documentation, KYC, and revenue sheets
✅ Coordinate with PSA for broker bills, salaries, and incentives
✅ Liaise with HR for manpower changes, exits, and new joiners
✅ Provide CRM training to new joiners & report their progress
✅ Conduct weekly IVR call audits & spam issue checks
✅ Share trackers and performance reports as per schedule
✅ Perform surprise site visits for on-ground updates
✅ Reassign leads and clean up CRM/IVR for exited employees
