Job Description Sales Coordinator Company: Alfaa PEB Ltd Location: Bengalore, Hosur Department: Sales & Marketing Experience: 2-5 years in sales coordination (preferably in construction, PEB, steel, or building materials industry) About the Role: Alfaa PEB Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing leads, coordinating with clients, and ensuring seamless execution of projects. The role involves handling sales documentation, order processing, client communication, and coordination with internal teams to help achieve sales targets in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) domain. Key Responsibilities: Act as a bridge between the sales team, clients, and internal departments (design, production, logistics, accounts). Cold calling Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients. Maintain and update CRM/database with leads, client details, and project status. Coordinate with the design & engineering team for drawings and approvals. Follow up with clients on quotations, payments, and order confirmations. Track ongoing projects, ensuring timely material dispatch and delivery coordination. Assist in scheduling client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups. Support the sales team during exhibitions, client presentations, and promotional activities. Resolve customer queries promptly and escalate when necessary. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM/ERP tools. Knowledge of PEB, construction, or building materials industry preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Problem-solving and customer service mindset. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 25 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, preferably in the PEB/Construction/Infrastructure industry.
