Key Responsibilities: Act as a bridge between the sales team, clients, and internal departments (design, production, logistics, accounts). Cold calling Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients. Maintain and update CRM/database with leads, client details, and project status. Coordinate with the design & engineering team for drawings and approvals. Follow up with clients on quotations, payments, and order confirmations. Track ongoing projects, ensuring timely material dispatch and delivery coordination. Assist in scheduling client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups. Support the sales team during exhibitions, client presentations, and promotional activities. Resolve customer queries promptly and escalate when necessary.
