Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfilment, ensuring timely processing and accurate tracking.
Coordinate with production team for order processing, dispatch scheduling, and delivery coordination.
Prepare quotations, proforma, purchase orders, and sales reports as required.
Ensure smooth follow-ups on outstanding payments and maintain a healthy cash flow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in Sales Coordination or related field (Electrical industry preferred).
Strong understanding of Sales Operations, Quotation preparation, Payment Follow-up, Order Processing, Dispatch Scheduling.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers.
