Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by ensuring seamless order processing, maintaining customer relations, and providing technical support to both customers and internal departments. Your academic background in dairy or food sciences, combined with hands-on experience in the dairy/food industry, makes you the perfect candidate to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with the sales team, clients, and internal departments to facilitate smooth order processing and ensure timely deliveries. - Respond to customer concerns, maintain customer relations, and enhance customer satisfaction. - Track the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including meetings, visits, and trials. - Gather feedback from customers on product trials and interactions with the sales team. - Assist in creating technical sales proposals, product presentations, and quotations. - Handle customer inquiries, provide technical support related to products, and follow up on leads. - Update and maintain sales records, CRM data, and customer information. - Provide backend and frontline support to the sales team to help them achieve their targets. - Stay informed about industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities. - Participate in customer visits, product demonstrations, and exhibitions as necessary. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Dairy Science, Food Science, or B.Sc. Chemistry. - 15 years of experience in production, quality, or other technical roles in the dairy, food, or related industries. - Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. - Willingness to engage in a sales-oriented role with regular customer interaction. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous. - Ability to convey technical information clearly to customers.
