Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, assisting in achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships. They act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments to ensure efficient processing and delivery of financial products and services.  Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents. Maintain and update sales databases, customer records, and MIS reports. Handle inquiries from customers and the sales team, providing information about products, services, and policies. Coordinate appointments and meetings for the sales team. Assist clients in collecting, checking, and submitting the necessary documents for loans or other financial products. Coordinate with internal teams for processing applications, eligibility checks, and follow-ups. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients. Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues. Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities. Track sales pipeline and progress of cases, ensuring timely disbursals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to help refine sales strategies. Administrative Tasks: Manage sales-related documentation and ensure proper filing and record-keeping. Assist in training and onboarding new sales team members. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
