Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the sales team in daily operations, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination of sales activities. Key duties include responding to client inquiries, preparing sales reports, organizing meetings, managing calendars, and assisting with follow-ups to guarantee smooth sales processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Sales Coordination and familiarity with Sales Operations.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to address client queries and ensure satisfaction.
• Exceptional Communication skills for effective team collaboration and client interactions.
• Background in Sales and ability to support team activities and operations.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, data management systems, and Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
