Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in managing customer accounts, ensuring smooth order processing, timely payment follow-up, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires strong coordination, communication and organizational skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient sales operations.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business Administration / Commerce (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in

    pharma packaging / B2B manufacturing

    sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure situations effectively.
  • Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
