Job Description

Job Description: As a Sales Support Specialist at our company located in Bhiwandi, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring efficient order processing and customer service. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in order processing by entering customer orders, reviewing product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines in the system with a focus on data accuracy using advanced Excel tools. - Serving as a point of contact for customers regarding product inquiries, pricing, and delivery updates, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly. - Utilizing advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, create forecasts, track sales trends, and prepare monthly or quarterly sales performance reports. - Developing and maintaining sales dashboards using Excel functions to provide real-time sales and inventory insights. - Assisting the sales team in generating accurate quotes and proposals, applying pricing models, and ensuring pricing consistency across all documents. - Working closely with production and logistics teams to track inventory levels, manage lead times, and communicate product availability or shortages to customers. - Updating and maintaining customer information within the CRM system, tracking customer interactions, sales activity, and opportunities. - Maintaining and organizing electronic and physical records of sales orders, customer communications, and contracts for easy retrieval. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders, quality assurance, and effective communication of customer needs or production delays. - Creating and managing automated sales support processes using advanced Excel techniques to streamline workflows. - Generating customer reports, sales orders, and invoices with a focus on accuracy and alignment with sales records and order confirmations. Qualifications Required: - 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. - Proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, data validation, LOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Excel-based workflow automation. - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. - Experience in CRM and database management is a plus. Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. You will be working 6 days a week in a day shift at our office located in Bhiwandi.
