Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:
25 – 30 years
Educational Qualification:
B.Com or any graduate (preferred)
Proficiency in
MS Office
(Excel – advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, PPT).
Strong skills in
Email Communication & Drafting
.
Working knowledge of
SAP, TNG, and CRM Software
.
Experience:
Minimum
3–5 years
in a similar profile or product industry.
Gender:
Male / Female

Key Responsibilities

Handle the
principal product portfolio
with thorough understanding.
Follow up with principals
for quotations and payments, and with customers for payment collections.
Prepare accurate and timely
quotations, invoices, and proposals
.
Maintain and update
MIS sheets, sales reports, pending orders, and booking summaries
.
Prepare and submit
weekly booking reports, monthly quote summaries, projections, and MIS reports
.
Provide end-to-end
support to Sales & Service Teams
for smooth execution of customer projects.
Maintain
records of all principal, product, and customer project details
.
Ensure
proactive coordination
with principals, customers, and internal sales teams.
Drive and support the
sales process
to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.
