Job Description

A sales coordinator supports and manages a company's sales team by coordinating operations, facilitating communication between departments, and ensuring smooth customer relations to achieve sales goals. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, handling administrative tasks like order processing and report writing, maintaining client records, and preparing sales presentations and proposals. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities

  • Team Coordination: Manage sales team schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate activities to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Customer Relations: Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries, manage their accounts, and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships.
  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, including inputting sales orders, maintaining sales records and customer databases, and preparing sales reports.
  • Sales Operations: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, preparing sales presentations, and ensuring sales support materials are up-to-date.
  • Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure sales, marketing, and delivery processes are coordinated and effective.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track data, monitor sales goals, and ensure that the sales team is meeting quotas and targets.
