Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing women’s ethnic wear.
Coordinate sales activities and manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
Prepare and manage sales reports, including sales forecasts and performance analysis.
Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to promote products and launch campaigns.
Ensure the smooth operation of the sales process, from order to delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
Knowledge of women’s ethnic wear and fashion trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
