Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  •         Sales of post-consumer recycled granules as per set targets
  •         Onboarding new clients through direct contact, references, and collaboration with support functions.
  •         Researching and identifying new market opportunities.
  •         Crafting business presentations, proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue.
  •         Attending networking forums to research and connect with prospective clients.
  •         Maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients to ensure they are retained and their needs are timely addressed.
  •         Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  •         Equipping self and staff with the technical and social skills needed to improve sales.
  •         Reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  •         Remaining in-tune with the consumption trends to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  •         Identifying risk and take actions to mitigate the same in consultation with senior management
