Job Description

Sales Co-ordinator and Administrative support to Business Unit, provide timely and eective

administrative support to sales team / unit / department

• Co-ordinating with channel partner for orders, despatches. Also to respond on internal and

customer queries for product availability, pricing, delivery timings and also the order status so

that all enquiries are being dealt promptly and accurately

• Co-ordinating with logistics and finance team for import consignment

• Follow up for payments, statutory Forms from the customers

• Sales data collection and reporting and updating customer and product master data from time to

time

• Communicating with internal colleagues from production, logistics to confirm the status of all

customer as well as internal orders.. Also to handle customer complaints

• May be required to visit customers on need basis

• Timely order processing so that orders can de despatched as per customer requirement

• Draft sales documentations, proposals, reports and correspondence such as sales contracts

and maintained agreements

• Make standard calculations to accurately compile and reprt statistics. Use data base or other

computerised systems to maintain up-to-date records
