Job Description

We seek an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate sales activities, and ensure seamless communication between sales, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for updating the Sales Force Software on a Daily Basis.
  2. Timely support for sales executive for quotations, PI, SO & to file purchase orders
  3. Check every details before so processing.
  4. Shipping & Billing address as per GST

SO(Sales Order) details(Proper - Product code,quantity & price)

RFD(Ready for dispatch)

Transport /Courier

  1. Timely followup of dispatches & proper co-ordination
  2. Regularly update the CRM system with customer data, NBC & quotations

Requirements

  1. Any Graduate
  2. 1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination .
  3. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  4. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
