Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
Coordinate with sales teams, DS, CSPs and other internal departments (operations, finance, marketing) for seamless order execution.
Prepare MIS reports, sales tracking sheets, and dashboards for management review.
Ensure timely communication of sales offers, schemes, and promotions to Sales Teams.
Coordinate and collaborate with sales team on day-to-day activity & monitoring for sales performance.

Key Skills Required:

Good communication (written and verbal)
Coordination and follow-up skills
Strong in Excel, MIS, and CRM tools
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Basic knowledge of sales processes
