As a Sales Coordinator, your role is crucial in supporting the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as a bridge between the sales team and clients, helping streamline operations and improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and process customer orders from start to finish. - Coordinate with the sales team and logistics to ensure on-time delivery. - Keep customers updated on their orders. - Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders. - Keep all sales documents well-organized. - Help create contracts and proforma invoices. - Be the go-to person for customers with questions or issues. - Work with the delivery team to sort out any shipment issues. - Assist with scheduling meetings and follow-ups. - Update sales records and monitor targets. - Prepare sales reports for the team and management. - Spot trends and share useful updates. - Help with daily admin work such as calls, paperwork, and reports.
