  • Job Location : Mumbai
  • Gender : Female
  • Experience : 2 – 5 Years
  • Qualification : Any Graduate.
Skills Required :
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to analyse data and prepare dashboards based on that.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales documents.
    • Excellent telephonic skills with strong followup.
Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Inside Sales/Cold Calling.
  • Coordinate and follow up with the client on sales leads, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relations.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports.
  • Addressing any customer queries and complaints over calls & emails.
  • Maintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the database.
  • Recording sales calls and meetings details for future reference.
  • Taking up any urgent requests or queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the sales head.
  • Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads.
  • Support sales head by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales reports & presentations.
