Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Faridabad. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting sales processes, handling client communications, coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and assisting the sales team in achieving operational and sales targets while fostering ongoing client relationships.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
Proven capabilities in Sales and client relationship management
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous
Strong organizational and time management skills
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is desirable
