Sales Coordinator Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating with logistics and sharing shipment tracking details with customers, preparing reports, entering RFQs and orders in ERP, verifying details, and coordinating with Sourcing & PM teams. Additionally, you will be preparing quotations, resolving discrepancies between orders and quotes, tracking order status and delivery dates, maintaining order logs, inventory status, and updating MIS reports. You will also assist in handling customer complaints or rejections by coordinating with relevant departments. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with logistics and share shipment tracking with customers - Prepare reports and conduct analysis - Enter RFQs and orders in ERP, verify details, and coordinate with Sourcing & PM teams - Prepare quotations and resolve discrepancies between orders and quotes - Track order status, delivery dates (EDA), and follow up on delays - Maintain order logs, inventory status, and update MIS reports - Assist in handling customer complaints or rejections by coordinating with relevant departments Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills - Proficiency in Marathi language is mandatory - Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) - Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems - Good at coordination and follow-ups Please note that the company is involved in diverse segments of semiconductors and energy storage since 2004, operating with a blended business model and serving customers in various industries.
