Sales Coordinator Executive

You will be responsible for coordinating with logistics and sharing shipment tracking details with customers. Your role will also involve preparing reports and conducting analysis. Additionally, you will be entering RFQs and orders in ERP, verifying details, and coordinating with Sourcing & PM teams. It will be your responsibility to prepare quotations, resolve discrepancies between orders and quotes, track order status and delivery dates, and follow up on any delays. You will also maintain order logs, inventory status, and update MIS reports. In case of customer complaints or rejections, you will assist in handling them by coordinating with relevant departments. Your strong communication skills will be crucial for this role. Proficiency in Marathi language is mandatory. You should also be proficient in MS Excel, especially in VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and the ability to coordinate and follow up effectively are preferred. The office timings are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with a 5-day working week.
