Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our solar sales team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, timely communication, and efficient coordination between clients, sales executives, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of the solar sales team, including scheduling site visits and client meetings
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and documentation for rooftop solar projects
• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements, share updates, and resolve queries
• Liaise with engineering and project teams to ensure timely execution of sales commitments
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, contracts, and project timelines
• Support marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards for management review

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support, preferably in solar or energy sector
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with solar PV systems and rooftop project workflows
• Experience with government subsidy documentation or DISCOM coordination
• Knowledge of net metering policies and solar financing models
